Dear St. Andrew Parents,
I hope you had a great week! The Sikora household was quite hectic as we managed the snow cyber days. In order to gain feedback and perspective, we ask that you please complete this survey to help us plan for future cyber snow days.
As a reminder, students can not just jump on Zoom for a day or two. It creates disturbances and interrupts the classroom environment. The students are not prepared, and the teacher is not prepared for them to be there. We do not want to just bump our children from Zoom, but it is not acceptable for students to join the virtual classroom the day of and without administrative approval. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Catholic Schools Week looked a lot different this year, but we are grateful we were able to be together to celebrate at least to finish the week. We will be collecting canned goods until next Friday for those that can donate, and some of the events will be rescheduled for a later date. I have been asked by some how to thank us, and I think the best way is by word of mouth– letting your friends know how great our team is doing. Although we will probably have limited spots for next year and will not be able to accept all that apply, please let anyone know that is interested that we are now accepting applications for PK-8 and giving tours off school hours. Thank you for choosing Catholic School and for choosing Saint Andrew!
Have a great weekend!
