Crusader Dash 2022

Ready, Set, Go!  On a bright sunny day in May 2021, SAS students and teachers walked, ran, skipped, danced and hopped their way around the Fun Run course for the third time at St. Andrew School. The Crusader Dash was underway!  This wonderful event was started 4 years ago by the St. Andrew Moms Booster Club as a station during our annual Spirit Day.

The idea was to:

  • Host a larger-scale fundraising event
  • Bring the SAS community together behind an important cause—raising funds for our amazing students and teachers
  • Promote health and fitness

AND HAVE FUN!

Each year since the first, this even has been a huge success and fun for all!

In addition to giving back 25% of all funds raised directly to our teachers, we were able to purchase the remaining computers needed for our SAS teachers and classrooms. We have also been able to use funds earned to provide learning manipulatives to support our students, a book binding repair system for the library, and Teacher Pay Teacher Gift Cards for our teachers to use toward the purchase of interesting and exciting lessons for the children!

Based on current needs, this year’s funds will go toward upgrades to the playgrounds and classroom support for our teachers and students.

GO CRUSADERS!
