Friday News May 31, 2024

Dear St. Andrew Families,

I hope you all had a great week! We want to thank and say goodbye for the summer to our preschool and kindergarten families. We will miss you! We are excited for our last three days with first through 8th grade and are especially looking forward to graduation on Wednesday!

In great news regarding the library, we have slightly exceeded our fundraising goal for the Library Project in pledges. A special thank you to all who donated and especially to our Home and School and Moms’ Booster Club who have committed $40,000 dollars to the project. Please click here for more information, including fundraising winners and a list of sponsors from the Crusader Dash. If there are any remaining funds after the project is completed, we will earmark them for future Library needs. Thank you!

If you are looking to get rid of any school uniforms that are in good shape but no longer of use to you prior to the summer, please remember to drop them off in the bins next to the front office. We will have a uniform swap in August.

All remaining lost and found clothing items will be donated on Wednesday, June 5. Please take a look at what is in the collection (picture 1, picture 2) as of this past Tuesday, 5/28, and email Mr. Fasullo to retrieve any belongings.

All medication that is kept in our nurse’s office must be picked up by the last day of school, Wednesday, June 5. Parents can pick up medication from the nurse’s office on Monday, June 3, Tuesday, June 4, and Wednesday, June 5 during school hours.

Families that use the back loop for arrival and dismissal should continue to use the back loop next week even though Preschool and Kindergarten students have finished their school year.

Thank you, and have a great weekend!
